Patient seeking consultation creates an account on DoctorAtClick. Once logged in patient may create a case to seek consultation from a specialist doctor. Creating a case is quite simple and the patient needs to answer some questions regarding his lifestyle, he/she is presented with space where he can details his/her condition, symptoms, current treatment and questions. The patient is provided with an option to upload reports and any other medical documents which the patient feels would help the specialist doctor to better understand his case.
Once patient completes the case he/ she proceeds to select the doctor whom the patient would like to send the case for consultation. The patient is able to browse through the panel of doctors, and can review their profile before choosing his doctor. Once the patient selects the doctor, the patient can submit the case by completing the payment transaction.
Once the case is submitted, the selected specialist doctor would review it using his login. The doctor would review the attached reports and would give answers to the questions and concerns expressed by the patient in his case. The doctor submits his response, which is then available on patient's panel.
Patient may also conduct a follow-up on the response given by the doctor without the need to creating another case.
